General Terms All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied. All sales are final. No reserve prices — everything sells absolute. E&O does not represent any manufacturer; items are sold as recovered freight. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value, and suitability prior to bidding. Bidders must rely on their own inspection and information. Announcements made on auction day take precedence over prior written or advertised material. Payment All purchases must be paid in full the day of the auction. Payment is due immediately after the close of the auction. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Debit/Credit Card (no fees). Invoices will be emailed after the auction with a secure payment link. If payment is not received by 2:00 PM on auction day, Erkelens & Olson will charge any card on file. All sales are final. The auctioneer’s record of sale is conclusive. Restricted Items Certain items cannot be resold and may need to be returned if requested. Examples include: weapons, illegal drugs, IDs, privacy-related items, alcohol, tobacco, aviation parts, firearms, military/government equipment, prototypes, industrial electronics, original artwork, or other items not intended for open market sale.
